Assistant Manager Finance
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager- Finance, to join our finance team. In this role, you will be the guardian of our cash flow, responsible for the entire order-to-cash cycle. You will ensure the timely and accurate billing of clients, meticulous tracking of payments, and proactive resolution of account discrepancies.
HR Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. You will act as a vital bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth HR functioning and fostering a positive, engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Lifecycle Management: Drive full-cycle recruitment, seamless onboarding, and manage smooth exit processes.
- Operations & Payroll: Oversee attendance, leave management, and coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the finance team.
- Employee Engagement & Performance: Plan team-building activities, resolve grievances, and coordinate the performance appraisal process.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.), maintain HR documentation, and implement company policies.
- Training: Identify training needs and organize learning sessions for employee development.
Requirements & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS platforms; strong knowledge of statutory compliance and labor laws.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, conflict management, high professionalism, and strict confidentiality.
